二十三個月成長紀錄

寫完 Muimui 成長紀錄又到寫 Cheryl 啦!
仲有一個月佢就兩歲啦!!!
下個月就會開始返 Pre Nursery
仲要搭校車添
唔知佢要喊幾耐呢??

這個月講多咗好多嘢
基本上已經可以應付日常的對答
十分可愛呀!!
最近她愛上了睇中文書
自己都可以記得嗰故事講乜
不過我未開始教佢認字
我諗住大D先教啦!

睇 Oxford Path 方面就懶咗D
我返咗工之後就冇時間日日同佢睇
(好多時 Cheryl 自己揀咗其他書)
上一次 Oxford Path 的 Comment 返咗
我諗我要認真D study and follow up!!!
唔好浪費套教材!!

Cheryl is a lovely girl who has great potential in learning. She is patient and understands the instructions nicely. She is eager to make some sounds during play. She likes music and songs and enjoys listening to them repeatedly. Cheryl shows an initial interest in reading. She tries to turn the pages and look at the pictures in storybooks. Good job, Cheryl!

Suggestions to Parents
Keep on reading storybooks with Cheryl every day. Point to the pictures and repeat the words slowly when reading. It is good to describe the pictures more in simple sentences, e.g. talk about the colours, shapes and sizes of the objects or actions of the characters.
  Interact with Cheryl when reading her a story. Using the puppets and making some exaggerated or interesting sounds can arouse her interest. It is good to involve Cheryl more in the reading process, such as asking her to point to some pictures mentioned, turn the pages, say the lines of one of the characters or do some actions in the story. Encourage her to imitate you by talking slowly and clearly.
  
Let Cheryl explore the storybooks with Smart Pen. Besides the descriptions and dialogues, there are many special sound effects in the storybooks which can be played by Smart Pen. As Cheryl likes music and sounds and responds to them very well, listen to these sounds with her and talk about them; it may help her understand more about the stories and learn more about everyday experience.
  
Keep on using Flash Cards and Thematic Posters. A print-rich environment helps Cheryl to learn. Always pay attention to what she is looking at and read or talk to her about the pictures. Parents may use the ‘Read Along’ function of Smart Pen to record their voice. This will arouse Cheryl’s interest and encourage her to imitate them.
  
Use the multi-sensory approach to teach Cheryl new words. After introducing a new word using the storybooks, Thematic Posters or Flash Cards, show her the real object and allow her to touch it if possible. This multi-sensory approach helps young children understand and remember the new word better.
  
Sing and dance with Cheryl using the Chant and Sing Along series. Singing and chanting are good means to help toddlers learn vocabulary and basic sentence structures. Parents may act out the verbs with Cheryl whilst singing. This can help her acquire more verbs which will be very useful for her to form simple sentences as she grows older

    遇上沒有愛心的老師

    到咗8月尾9月
    又係時候幫 Cheryl 報 K1 啦!
    跟據上年 Pre Nursery interview 的經驗和平日的觀察
    Cheryl 是一個慢熱, 怕羞和愛觀察的小朋友
    去到陌生環境,
    她需要一段頗長的 warm up time
    再加上她是細女
    Interview 真係好蝕底
    Anyway, 今年的K1 interview
    我地都係盡力而為!

    為了 prepare interview
    我幫 Cheryl 報咗面試預備班
    一心諗住比佢接觸多D陌生人
    仲有學下點樣 Interview
    呢個就係今次咁差的 Experience 的開始....


    由於 Cheryl 是插班生
    其他同學都係比佢上多咗個幾兩個月
    而且大部份同學都係大仔大女
    第一堂上堂的時候
    我哋有D class rules 都唔太諸清楚
    不過我的 Observation 係:
    老師會用 peer pressure 去教小朋友做一些事
    例如老師俾玩具小朋友時
    她會要求小朋友講唔該
    講唔到就會叫隔離位的小朋友教你講
    當然 Cheryl 係個隻點到唔講嘅小朋友
    老師都無佢咁好氣無再push佢~~

    到咗第二堂
    我就開始覺得有問題
    首先是Circle Time 講故事
    時間大約有 20 minutes
    由於 Cheryl 坐唔定
    佢都出走咗兩次要去課室出面找爸爸
    老師冇出聲我都係自己抱返佢入嚟
    到咗派玩具的時候
    Cheryl 好想玩個玩具
    所以就出咗去老師面前
    老師冇出聲
    但係當另外一個小朋友都咁做時
    佢話: 亞仔你乖, 佢細個唔識先企出嚟
    個一刻我覺得有問題點解你唔直接同佢講叫佢坐返埋位!!!!!

    茶點的時候我終於知道
    老師 Define 小朋友乖唔乖的標準係:
    睇下佢聽唔聽指令
    而 Cheryl 就 defined 唔聽話唔乖的小朋友
    我諗:
    Is it a right way to train up a kid??
    Does it work on Cheryl??
    呢個問題我諗咗成個星期!!!

    到咗第三堂我哋嘅 experience 更加差!!!

    首先係玩互問問題, 
    由其他家長問小朋友
    1 你叫乜嘢名?
    2 今年幾多歲?
    3 今日邊個同你嚟?
    4  你搭乜嘢交通工具嚟?
    當然 Cheryl 唔會答人雖然佢全部都識答
    所以老師就冇俾 sticker 佢
    Well, it's fair, 因為佢無答人~~

    之後到咗派玩具
    Again, Cheryl 唔肯講謝謝
    縱使老師問佢想唔想要玩具
    佢己經點頭話想要
    老師就話你坐好就俾你
    之後佢就派玩具俾其他小朋友同開始教點玩
    係呢個時候
    Cheryl 自己坐好望住其他小朋友有自己冇玩具
    我就問佢你想唔想玩
    佢答我想!!
    所以我就問老師叫佢俾玩具佢!
    老師又問佢要講謝謝
    我幫佢答咗老師之後就攞咗件玩具
    我叫咗 Cheryl 同我 say thank you 之後就俾佢玩
    呢個時候
    老師就鬧我: 媽咪你咁樣佢以後唔會同我講嘢啦!
    而我都黑面話: 係啦!
    老師就話: 你都話係呢!!!

    Wei, 你話坐好就有得在先喎!

    之後到咗玩波波
    老師會將一籃波波倒係地下俾小朋友玩
    老師就數: 1, 2, 3.....
    Ee...點解D波波唔出嚟??!!
    因為有小朋友冇坐好!!!

    就係因為 Cheryl 企坐起身
    所以我又要叫佢坐底
    我真係超嬲:
    1st 你無叫小朋友坐好先
    2nd 點解唔直接叫 Cheryl 坐好呢?

    之後上堂  Cheryl 的 performance 一般
    唔會正確地回答老師的題
    好似辨認顏色和圖形
    她明明認識都答錯
    咁真係有問題啦

    最後茶點時間
    Cheryl 同我講咗好耐餅餅因為佢好肚餓
    又因為冇講唔該俾人收起份茶點
    我個刻好想話媽媽俾麵包你食!
    (心諗: 唔俾就算, 唔好又push佢!)

    之後老師又同其中一個細女媽咪講
    雖然係細女有家長配合同埋"聽話"就會 train 到
    暗示我唔配合同 Cheryl 唔聽指令
    其實嗰一刻 Cheryl 食完茶點
    自己放好椅子
    連玩具都唔玩就走去搵爸爸
    我諗佢真係好唔鐘意!!

    而我就覺得
    今次的 Interview Class 真係好差
    因為冇 develop 小朋友的自信反而令佢自痺
    同埋老師有冇愛心去教小朋友
    小朋友同家長都知道的
    其實我會諗
    係唔係要 train 到佢哋聽教聽話一模一樣咁就考到好學校呢?
    對於 Cheryl 這一種孩子
    我相信強迫她去做一些事只會弄巧反拙
    我哋都好明白 Cheryl 的弱項就是太怕羞
    所以就想她多點參於群體活動
    而不是去上堂俾人挫敗打擊她的自信心!!
    當然我也同 C爸爸反醒
    我哋會唔會 over protect 佢
    Anyway, 今次經歷令我諗到
    如果有幸入到一些名校
    係唔係都一樣呢??
    還有應該怎樣教導才是中庸之道呢?

    每個小朋友都不同
    都有自己的 Strengths and Weakness
    要點樣 develop 佢嘅強項之餘
    應該同佢一齊面對和克服 weakness, right?

    Cheryl, Mama feels sorry to bring you to such a class!
    But we should always remember this experience, 
    to remind ourself what are good for your development and what are not.
    No matter what, you are always my dearest, 
    and Mama and Papa will always stand by your side.
    Let's learn and grow up together!!!

    窩心的 Cheryl

    心柔做咗家姐後好鍚 Muimui
    一早起身就要搵 Muimui 玩啦

    雖然有時會 jealous
    但90%時間她會讓 Muimui
    真係好乖呀!!

    有時又要同 Muimui 一齊瞓
    真係怕整親呀!!

    昨天 Muimui 大喊
    Cheryl 見我抱住 Muimui
    就自己去攞個奶咀俾 Muimui
    又叫佢: 唔好喊呀!!
    真係好有大家姐風範!!

    Dinner at 囍宴

    記得前幾年好興私房菜
    有好幾間都做得很出色,
    唔知依家仲興唔興呢?
    我都幾鐘意去吃私房菜
    它們做的菜很特別很精緻
    平時好少有機會食到
    記得其中一間我好喜歡去的
    是 Jacky Wu 辨的囍宴
    以前係星街有一間
    好喜歡他的菜式
    我仲買咗他的食譜返屋企自己煮
    仲有店鋪的裝修
    一系列紅噹噹
    好有style 好靚呀!

    Experience at Lego Education Centre

    11.8.2012

    書展時買咗套 Lego Education Set 俾 Cheryl
    送咗張 coupon 俾我哋
    今日就去試堂啦!

    其實個 Centre 同我哋屋企有D遠
    要轉程車
    今日就順路帶 Cheryl 搭 MTR
    佢好開心不停話:
    MTR 呀! 好大好長呀!!

    22個月成長紀錄

    又寫吓今個月 Cheryl 的成長紀錄

    今個月係 Cheryl 的小暑假
    之前返的 Playgroup 已經完咗啦
    返咗成半年佢都學識咗好多
    不過間學校的學位十分緊張
    所以就算係 Playgroup 學生都未必會收
    最終結果:
    Cheryl 仍然在 Waiting List 上慢慢等!!! 

    今個月進步得最快係講野
    Copy Cat Cheryl 會跟住我哋講野, 好好笑!!
    識得唱 ABC Songs
    仲有記得我們一家四口 + 婆婆 + 佢嘅好朋友嘅名
    識得答叫乜名, 好得意!!
    組織句子方面,
    開始會有 Complete Sentence 的 pattern
    Very Good!!!
    依家要同佢講多D嘢
    同時俾佢吸收多D vocab
    咁樣佢講嘅句子就會越嚟越豐富!!

    戒片仲未成功
    仲末識叫 WeeWee
    十次有九次都瀨咗
    如果唔係學校話想佢戒咗先返學
    真係有D想 give up 唔 train 住!!!

    Muimui 出世後
    佢都扭計咗
    會想人多d抱佢
    甚至 instruct 邊個抱佢邊個抱 Muimui
    but after all 佢都好錫 Muimui
    又會 share d 公仔同佢玩
    同埋鍚下佢, very sweet!!

    日子過得快
    就嚟兩歲啦
    諗近開唔開 Birthday Party 好呢?
